What do you charge for postage?
A:
We offer a variety of delivery options using Australia Post.
Small Parcels - Regular Post $5.50 and Express Post $7.00
Large Pacels - Regular Post $7.50 and Express Post $10.00
Orders over $150.00 are shipped FREE!
Q: Placing your order
How can i place an order?
A:
Placing an order for any of our products can be done online, via email or phone.
When placing an order via email, please include order as your subject heading and the following details:
Name
Address
Phone number
Products that you would like to order
We will then send you an invoice with payment instructions.
Phone orders can be made Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. If you call us after hours please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Q: Payment
How can i pay for me order?
A:
We have a number of options for payment:
Direct Debit: You can deposit the money into our bank account through internet transfer. Just be sure to leave your invoice number as a reference.
Paypal: Paypal is a secure site where you can pay by bank account or credit card. We do not ever see your bank details. It is free to use and you do not need to register to make a payment. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.au
Paymate: Paymate is an Australia company which is a secure gateway for credit card payments. Once again we do not see your details and it is free to use and you do not need to register to make a payment. For more details visit www.paymate.com.au
If none of these methods suit you, please contact us to see if we can organise another option.
Q: Delivery
What methods to you use for delivery?
A:
We mainly use Australia Post for our deliveries but on occassions we may use a courier. It all depends on the size of the order and destination.

Why should i sign up for your newsletter?
A:
By signing up for Bub n Beyond's newsletter you will receive exclusive offers and discounts. Please ber ensured we will not pass your details on to any third party and we will not flood your inbox with excessive amounts of emails. Should you wish to cancel anytime simply contact us and we will remove you from our lists.
